Vinitaly 5StarWines 2023
The wines awarded in the Vinitaly 5StarWines selection, as well as our Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore Paltusa 2021, will be included in the 5StarWines – the Book guide together with a tasting note prepared by the competition jury.
How is the evaluation carried out?
All the wines participating in the 5StarWines – the Book selection are evaluated by the jury during three days of blind tasting.
In these three days, each judge assigned a score to each wine on the basis of a careful visual and taste-olfactory analysis.
Subsequently, the Panel Chair took care of confirming and attributing the judgment, formulating the final tasting note.
All the wines eligible for a score higher than 90/100 were subjected to the evaluation of the Scientific Committee of the General Chairs which defined the final score of each wine.
The recognition received by Vinitaly 5StarWines allows Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore Paltusa 2021 to be included in the Vinitaly International Wine Guide 2024 5StarWines – the Book, a renowned catalog of oenology excellences.
