The Vermentino di Gallura Paltusa is born in the heart of Gallura, a territory dedicated to viticulture thanks to its granite soils, the Mediterranean climate and the ideal altitude. Tenuta Paltusa, located near the church of San Tommaso Apostolo in Calangianus, is 400 meters above sea level in a natural amphitheatre surrounded by forests of holm oaks and shrubs, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. A unique microclimate, which gives our Sardinian wines an extraordinary territorial identity.

La Sardegna di Vinodabere 2025: an oenological journey through the island
We were the protagonists of the third edition of La Sardegna di Vinodabere 2025, oenological event dedicated to the enhancement of the best Sardinian wines. Held in Rome at the Hotel Belstay, the event welcomed over 170 professionals and about 100 experts of wine communication, including journalists, bloggers and influencers.
With 47 wineries and over 200 labels in tasting, La Sardegna di Vinodabere has offered a sensory journey among the most representative products of the island. The participation of our winery was a valuable opportunity to tell the production philosophy of Cantina Careddu and Tenuta Paltusa, carrying on tradition and innovation in the panorama of the best Sardinian wines.
